Pre-lasher are useful if you know what your doing by the sounds of you would just make a mess with it. Invest in a good T-40 or AP-40 with all the strining gear to include belly bar for the strand. Will be a bit of a learning curve but anyone who has built aerial will figure it out pretty quick. With the right truck and personell you should be building a mile a day strand and fiber.
