Is this guy insured for $0.06 per foot.  Can one man safely get a mile a day done ($316) or even 1/2 mile in a day ($158).  There is a lot to do for that amount of money; remove hardware take down drops remove hardware from house and silicone all holes up to ground block. Used hardware has little value beyond scrap value.  Keeping everything is a crap shoot too depending on what the electronics are.  Most has little value unless its relatively new.
