DISH vehichle requirement to install?

I was told that Dish mandates a contractor to use either a full size van or full size truck? Is that a valid statement? Meaning, I couldn't perform installations using my Jeep Grand Cherokee? If you know of where this type of information is published, could you guide me there? Thanks in advance!
