Let them boot until you get the Please Call screen and add them to account.  I say this becacuse you might have one that needs an update and have one that might not.  If it goes on the acccount, you just wasted a box or will have to wait.  Make sure if a firmware comes out, that you stage them before they go into a customer's house.  Some firware updates take 30-45 minutes.  Normal boot and hits to activate should not take more than 10 minutes if the firmware is current.  Make sure the OCAP and BFS carriers are well within specs.  A -15db and minor BER could extend boot times or not boot at all.
