You tend to see this a lot in this business. It really helps to know the system techs & the fiber splicers & talk to them about whether or not the new stuff has been cut over. In other words a reliable source. I know what you mean though, every job we get is either "HOT" or "ON FIRE" but it just leads to mistakes & confusion. In my opinion it is the supervisors fault for not doing his homework.
