At this time of year you are asking a question like THAT? Its like this (FACT) they are a Publicly traded Company, that has to answer to shareholders about money spent vs IRRs. They have spent all that they were allowed to spend of this year.. now of couse like in all the years past. They (The Accountants) will find some money that must be spent before the year end- this will happen probably between Thanksgiving and Christmas. So dont be sooo jumpy about it!! Its just the way its been and will always be!!
Dont worry about the small things in life. Just be Happy you are hear to worry about them!!
