The CMTS shouldn't change hardly at all.  Your premise router will need to be reconfigured based on how many public IP's needed & the public IP address ranges that your new internet provider gives you.  If you are using the same connection bandwidth with your new provider, you shouldn't have to adjust the TFTP settings.

Your CMTS is basically an interface to convert modulated radio waves into binary information (computer language).  Unless you are dealing with a drastic change in available bandwidth, you should not have to change anything related to the CMTS.
