The supreme court deliberations on a related issue brought up the concept that once the individual had been punished by law.....that punishment was sufficient and further limiting actions were not to be allowed.
Employers need to assure themselves that past actions .......if good or neutral will be predictive of the future with their new employee. Negative reports need to be equally reverse predictive......that is no longer me.
And there are so many persons out there with exactly rthe same name.....errors creep in.
