I have seen it, usually in certain blocks of channels. It is a very hard one to really sort out and almost a sure repeat tc. It sounds like noise causing a problem but it goes out and stays out several days at a time? Or does it go out stay out a while and come back on? If it's intermittent I would definately look for "noise" coming out of the tap, ground block etc.. I chased one for hours one day, replaced drop, outlet, box everything finally tracked it to a bad modem sitting 15 feet from the box, every so often it would act up and shoot noise back into the system..Good luck
