Your going to have to relash that cable unless you only want a short term relationship with your client. There is no way fix that and have it work good over the next five years and remain a reputable contractor. The techs that have to go back to the incorrectly installed taps will curse your name every single time they deal with the enevitable suck outs and broken cables. Extention pin installation on 200 taps of new plant is what a hack would do...........Sorry to break the bad news to you, but I would relash all that cable and save your reputation.......Good luck!
