Re: fiber on premises

I see this is 2 months old but what I would do is this:
1. Pull 12 strand from B5 to B1, ring cut and break-out 2 strands in B2,3&4
2. Pull 24 strand from B5 to B9, ring cut"                               " in B6&7
3. Pull 6 strand from B9 to B8, & B9 to B10 and splice to 24 in B9.
4. Pull 6 strand from B9 to B11 & B12 with ring cut in 11 and splice to 24 in B9. (may want to make this a 12 strand for future as it only allows 2 extra fibers)

This would make B9 have a splice with 5 cables in the closure but hey, the advice is free and nothing's perfect!  This is what I see with the minimum splicing to perform.  As long as your location in B9 is dry you can make it work or get an endplate that accepts more than 4 cables.  Hope this helps, Good luck!
