I totally agree have helped a start up here in Cleveland, Ohio and seen the master billing albeit 7 years ago but the breakdown will always be the same. I tried to start a company within the Time Warner system with different standards and made for the technicians that were with me and they were not interested as I didn't have $500,000 in the bank to cover the 90 days they pay out. They like most of the companes out there are not interested in quality only cheap dogs to kick around.
