The biggest problem with QA cable is the PVC over the QR cable that goes back to its original shape and the aluminum doesn't when the cable is hits with a ladder or other object. You get 2 marks from the ladder, the PVC goes back to the original position after a while but the aluminum doesn't. You do that a couple of time in the same span over the year and you'll get a suck out. There is also problem with connector getting loose in cold part of the country, they do not grip very well on the aluminum as it is too thin to my liking. This cable was invented due to the high cost of aluminum.
