A word about every thing that has been written on this subject.
FIRST: A lot of you do not seem to care about customer service, you just don't disconnect any part of a CATV-HFC for nothing. You have here many paying customers on this system.
SECOND: I read - Removed the return pad - Turn off the power - etc. Guy I just hope you are not canceling a customer important call, if so don't be surprise if he goes for another service than the cable system.
THIRD: They are better ways than what I mentioned in SECOND above. All of this problem can be search and found without disconnecting a whole bunch of customer at one time.
I am just an old man that been in this industry for over 50 years and I never liked to stop service to any paying customer.
