Re: What problems produced with flooding compound


Usually a suck out in the forward sweep response towards the high end of the spectrum. It may cause a poor ground. Usually it does not happen very often but it is likely. Most commonly with LRC connectors. I use WD-40 to clean the outter conductor and wipe it off dry. WD-40 works good because it is a water displacement and it gets the gunk off pretty good.
