Well, dfw, i've seen drops and ground blocks  melted by lightning strikes all the way to ground. So your "theory" makes no sense! I said nothing about "preventing" a lightning strike, you did! If you can't answer the question concerning an outfit refusing to ground their system without "paying" them "extra", i'd appreciate you keep your lack of experience to yourself! Now, smile, you're on candid camera! Your employer should be concerned with your work!
