Thats cool.. I didnt experience pressure taps but I did build fiber out of one of those booms in the early 90's. foot pedals/buttons for control.. The truck wasn't near as old but the boom was the same and the pedals free both hands all the time.. I think it was a rocky mountain fiber truck..
