internet question clueless

Hi,
I,m an old analog guy and admittedly, challenged by all of this digital and IP implementation.

Hopefully, somone here can help me out with technical guidance.

Is it possible to implement more that one internet provider on a system
We have a wierd hybrid system where the homeowner association provides basic service to all residents through their own in house MATV system. Additionally, the franchised operator is allowed on our system, minus basic, to provide expanded basic, internet and all digital services including VOIP.

The system is built out to 750 mhz, but we only have 213 mhz to play with. In  order for our residents to have internet service, threy must subscribe to the franchised operators service.

What I would like to do if possible, is too put an alternative service on the same system, but havent a clue if it is possible. I can probably pull two channels off of our lineup to fit this service, if that is what would be needed.
If possible, where would I start ?

Thanks a bunch
Old MATV guy
