Make sure you take the contract and read it with an attorney carefully. Make sure exhibit A and B (payments and charges schedule) are present when you read your contract. You have to pay weekly for uniform, admin fees (paperwork processing). TC 12 RULE, (Troulbe call within  12 days) is when you service the same customer multiple times within 12 days from your 1st serv call date (even for different issues) you will get paid once and not get paid for the additional service calls and you will be CHARGED $30 for every additional serv call within the first 12 days. Basically your paying them at this point. People in FM are cool, and they expect, do it right the first time, which is cool. Good Luck.
