well in my case when you work for a guy that wont stick up for any of his guys in the case of FREE HOUSEBOXES AND FREE DROPS there isnt much you can do. Charter is rediculous, you go around fixing the in house f-ups and dont get paid for a service call, and if you left a modem out of spec when doing other work at the house you would get reamed. I hate charter. I dont think I would ever work for them ever again. This company would f you on capcodes any way they can. I always would get "put comments in your pda to cover your ass" well you put comments. and guess what gets taken off. MY MONEY.
