The thing is you all have good points. Sure do the "extra" work if they pay is there, but most Hsps don't want to pay for a quality job! The techs in this industry have let the pay levels drop down to such a level that it is hard to find and work for a company that will pay for all the necessary "extras" to make the job look right. When you settle for beans how can you expect caviar.
