atx retainage

im waiting on atx to pay my retainage.i talked to Denise in there main office she told me it would be sent in two weeks.still no check,called back she said maybe today or monday didnt know.she would not give me a number to someone who would.the other techs i worked with have not been paid yet either.has this happened to others
