thanks everyone for responding, but unfortunately they can do this. there is a federal law that allows them to thru some loophole. its now up to me to prove that we were not favored in any way and got paid the same all along. its happened many times before in different situations. thats why i say, if you worked for adelphia before the bankruptcy and got paid and the fedex guy shows up at your door "HIDE" until June 4, then there's nothing they can do after that. thanks again and I will keep you guys posted as to what happens.
