Insight fixed this problem by installing 2 boxes with every HDTV installation.
A 2-way feeding the seperate boxes (1 normal digital set top & 1 HDTV set top box) then each one going to a seperate input on the TV (most HDTV has 3-4 inputs, plus the composite inputs)
