Manage growing construction department for company with 15 years experience in the Indianapolis and surrounding markets with multiple customers, great equipment, and great crews already in place. Must be able to oversee long haul fiber as well as BAU maintenance style work with fiber and coax. Aerial and splicing experience required...underground experience preferred.
