Qualifications
Must have 2+ years’ experience as a field engineer performing assigned tasks. Good working knowledge of Aerial and Underground construction techniques and Best Practices. Must have excellent customer relation skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot. Analytical ability and interest in learning new technologies. Be willing to work in all weather conditions.
Other Requirements
Must be able to pass a criminal background check; drug screen; and Motor Vehicle Report.
Job Description
• Field survey poles for the purpose of completing Make Ready Engineering and Pole Load Analysis
• Provide on-site client support based on the client’s needs
• Offers industry specific knowledge and experience dependent upon client’s needs
• Reviews engineering compliance as needed per client
• Maintain vehicle (if provided) as directed by management and/or safety staff
• Ensures that the highest quality of service is provided to promote superior customer satisfaction
• Adheres strictly to safety guidelines and requirements
• Other duties as needed and as directed
