At least 5 years in the CATV industry. Prior experience supervising aerial construction crews, MDU crews, fiber splicers and coax splicers. Excellent field knowledge in aerial construction, fiber splicing, coax splicing and MDU construction. Ability to read and comprehend CATV system maps, make ready sheets and fiber splice docs. Ability to effectively lead and motivate crews, while ensuring projects are completed within deadlines in a safe and professional manner.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to pass drug screening and background check. Must be an effective communicator and team builder. OSHA 30 is a plus.

Read and comprehend CATV system prints, make ready sheets and splice docs.
Schedule crews and complete up to 1,000 projects a year within customer deadlines.
Ensure projects are completed in a safe and professional manner.
Effectively record production on daily time cards and ensure all billing is turned in.
Ensure crews are properly utilizing and maintaining tools and equipment.
Ensure crews fill out daily production reports and time cards properly.
Conduct project walkouts and prepare price quotes.
Work well with others and foster teamwork.
Train employees on safety and task competence.
