Job Description
Reporting to the COO, the Regional Operations Manager (ROM) oversees two market areas of fixed wireless and FTTH ISP networks, the and offices in Simpsonville and Harrodsburg, Kentucky. The ROM recruits, trains, and manages several work crews in each market area and collaborates with other department leaders to provide customer support and network monitoring within Kentucky. The successful candidate will have relevant leadership experience in the ISP or communications industry, and he or she will have had field experience as well. After a period of training with / shadowing of current ROM, the candidate will take full responsibility of the Kentucky operations.
