Must possess valid drivers license, a satisfactory driving record and a valid Social Security Card / Birth Certificate or Passport. Must have no felonies or criminal misdemeanors within our customer's required time period and no open or pending criminal court cases.

Other Requirements

Must have at least 1 year of residential installation supervisory experience.

• Must be 21 or have three years of clean driving history
• Must have at least 1 year experience as supervisor of cable installation technician
• Must not have any active misdemeanors/felony charges (the last document signed is the day we count the time for the offense being cleared
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

The Supervisor holds a key position within the DCOMM organization. The job requires a positive can-do attitude, the ability and willingness to take actions. The operations supervisors are individuals with a heightened sense of urgency and accountability.

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for overall fulfillment operations of the system locations from the tap to the home across the assigned area. Supervise installation and service to meet customer expectations, technical quality standards, employee productivity and company safety requirements. Maximize customer satisfaction through quality craftsmanship and operational excellence of the customer premise network. Responsible for the hiring, training, development, and performance evaluation of the team.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure responsiveness and first-time resolution to installation and trouble call work orders while adhering to company quality and safety standard
Communicates with our vendors and the vendor leadership
Ensures quality control checks are completed satisfactorily; resolve escalated customer problems as necessary
Provides quality assurance support and direction to field staff regarding new or existing technologies.
Establishes positive employee relations through effective individual and team communication and provide ongoing support
Regularly observes and mentors’ employees regarding safety, quality, productivity, and well-being
Performs field safety observations and quality control checks in accordance with company TQA requirements.
Coordinate and reinforce employee training to ensure Technical Quality Assurance (TQA) standards are met.
Performs practical field evaluations to verify technical competencies and safe practices; provides necessary feedback
Ensures staff has and maintains necessary company-issued tools and equipment, company vehicle (if assigned)
Facilitates cross-functional communications and cooperation with internal departments and service partners (sub-contractor)
Instills knowledge of all client’s company products and services
Maintains records and documents in accordance with company (Client & DCOMM) policies and procedures
Adheres to industry specific local, state, and federal regulations, as applicable
Knows, understands, and follows company policy
Performs other duties as assigned by management

EDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalent related work experience (not required)

WORKING CONDITIONS
Support our technician in all types of weather conditions, possibly for extended periods of time as well as in residences, potentially in poorly ventilated areas such as attics, basements and/or crawlspaces where there may be dust, dirt, noise, insects, rodents, pets, and cleaning solutions.

This is a physical job and requires the ability to move over all types of terrain in all kinds of weather while carrying tools and equipment or Operate weight-bearing equipment, such as gaffs, safety harnesses, extension ladders (that can weigh up to 90 pounds and extend 32 feet), and carry fully loaded tool belts.
