Experience with installations and sales is a plus, but not necessary. We provide paid training. You will learn how to do Smart Home Sales to help increase your income and your customer's TV watching experience.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Must have a truck or van white in color to meet with Dish's standards that can carry up to a 28ft ladder, tools and satellite meter (if you do not have a meter, we can provide you one with the option to buy it)

We at Plumas Satellite install Dish Network Service and A/V Installations in residential homes and commercial businesses. We invest in our Technicians with on-the-job paid training. Our Technicians are responsible for multiple customer visits daily which would include installing satellite equipment, doing Smart Home Sales and educating our customers on Dish Satellite Service's. We have Year-Round work and great compensation with sales incentives. We are looking for motivated individuals with a great sense of pride in their work and who work well as a team, as well as working independently. The ideal Technician will have strong sales skills or a willingness to learn, a background in Satellite and/or Cable installations in the residential or commercial industry. A willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, evenings and in all weather conditions. Earn great weekly pay. We also offer localized routes based on the installer location.
