Qualifications
Strong understanding of how cable systems are constructed (OSP/ISP, coaxial/fiber, etc.), ability to work alongside crews to demonstrate tasks, experience leading, teaching and managing employees, no issues traveling among job sites throughout the week and staying overnight.
Job Description
Training new and existing employees on cable construction (classroom and training yard for orientation, on the job post-hire). Follow up with crews in the field to ensure the proper skills are being used. Performing quality control checks to ensure a high-quality product.We provide full benefits such as health, dental and vision. Company paid Life Insurance, PTO, 401(k) and Short Term Disability.
