Qualifications
I&R Copper/Fiber Techs: Must be able to perform installations, maintenance and troubleshooting of POTS and DSL Circuits. Construction Techs: Must be able to build, maintain and repair outside copper/fiber plant facilities.
Other Requirements
I&R Techs: Must have your own truck, van or SUV in good working order. You also need to have your own tools, as well as a smart phone.

Gridiron is seeking Copper/Fiber I&R Technicians in New Hampshire and Vermont
I&R Technicians perform pre-qualifications, installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of POTS & DSL (HSI high-speed internet).
Responsibilities:
• Observe all safety rules and regulations.
• Must convey a positive and professional appearance and demeanor when representing the company to our customers.
• Direct customer facing work
• Accountability/dependability (on time and on load when scheduled).
• Active Listening (ability to take input from customers, and co-workers to problem solve and improve skills.
• Asking relevant questions to ensure problems are resolved quickly or to clarify information or directions.
Requirements:
• Technician must have their own truck, van, or SUV with ladders or bucket .
• Technician must have their own tools to perform the job. A smart phone is also a requirement.
• Technician must have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This includes a hard hat, a reflective safety vest, a fall resistor, and safety cones.
• Must be available to work flexible hours. Weekend work may be required
