Job Description
Broadband Technical Resources (BTR) is a prime contractor and we're looking for Coordinators for our office in the Nashville, TN area. Underground or aerial utility construction, upgrade, or QC experience is required, and supervisory or management experience is preferred. We offer great pay, benefits, 401K, paid vacation, and more!.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Minimum of three years in the telecommunications industry
-A positive attitude and excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-Understanding of construction methods and materials
-Potential candidate must be well-organized, proactive, resourceful, flexible, able to clearly communicate in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and perform with a high level of professionalism
-Proficiency with spreadsheets, email, and word processing programs
-Flexibility in working overtime as needed to meet project deadlines
-Ability to motivate crews, handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines, and clearly communicate with customers, vendors, techs, and senior management.
-Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
RESPONSIBILITES:
-Tracking all jobs and keeping the client and others informed about project status and issues that may impact schedules
-Assisting in obtaining permits
-Updating systems and reports with project status as directed by the client
-Implementing new processes and procedures as set forth by the client
-Creating and maintaining project files, bid files, and associated support documentation
-Carrying out and supervising responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures and all applicable laws.
-Other responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
-Other duties as assigned
