Qualifications
Must have a minimum of 10 years project management experience. Must have a vast knowledge of fiber construction for aerial and UG. Fiber splicing knowledge is a plus. Must have references.

Valid drivers license, background check and drug test.
Job Description
We are seeking a qualified project manger to manage a large 3 year build in the Northwestern United States. Company vehicle, phone, laptop, expenses and lodging provided. Below are some of the duties but not limited to:
• Planning daily aerial and UG crew schedules
• Managing crews in our field data collection app
• Assist crews in the field with issues/traffic control scheduling, production timelines etc.
• Ensure quality construction practices and safety are maintained
• Experience with fiber design prints and permit packages for aerial, ug and splicing
• Vast knowledge in Telecom Fiber Construction for aerial and UG
• Crew drive safety
• Manage Company assets
• Customer facing, as-builts, invoicing, scheduling, milestones etc.
• On-boarding and scheduling new crews
