Qualifications
Must have 2+ years experience placing strand, lashing coax cable, lashing fiber, and handling Lead Man responsibilities on an aerial crew. Must be drug free, have a clean background, have a valid driver's license, and be willing to lead a crew to make the most production possible in the safest manner.
Other Requirements
A new model pickup and a new T-40 will be provided along with all tools and equipment necessary to build aerial cable plant. Bring your knowledge and expertise to lead an aerial crew and we'll provide everything necessary for you and your crew to perform the job safely and efficiently. If you know someone else with experience working on an aerial crew we'll be glad to review their employment application.
Job Description
This position requires someone with a mindset of "Safety First" while being on time daily and has great leadership skills to be sure all crew members have safety in mind at all times. And be willing and able to teach other crew members their responsibilities as well. Our projects range from 150' cable replacement projects to 15 mile fiber overlash projects. We have 3 projects that are 10+ miles of overlash we're to begin within 30 days. Join our team and you'll be busy 5-6 days/week for years to come.
