Qualifications
Must come from Fiber optic OSP field and have a full understanding of outside plant, including CWDM, DWDM, OSP plant, IsP Plant. Able to work Aerial Bucket truck. Troubleshooting emergency repair experience including Mid-span entry, ribbonizing, ribbon splicing, and high count fiber preps. Has to understand Excel, PDF viewers, Exfo Electronics and software.

Job Description
Do not think that you’re just becoming a fiber optic Splicer when joining our team. We are documentation company that splices fiber optics. Our job is to document and obtain information for our customers per their SOW. You must be extremely detail oriented and willing to take the proper time to audit each fiber optic enclosure to the high standards needed.
This job is considered an OSP Fiber Audit Tech but it’s not limited to fiber-optic splicing and fiber optic troubleshooting. With room to grow and endless jobs at hand there’s a great opportunity to create a career without leaving this single market.
This job will be a full-time W-2 job and pays competitively. We are offering signing bonus after 90 days along with a signed agreement.
