ARLINK Telecommunications USA, a Telecom and Connectivity company, currently seeks W2 Employees for our Fiber Optics Training Program for Lineman / Splicer Technicians. 40 hours / week. We have lots of work and will provide paid Training to the right Candidate! ARLINK is in high-growth phase, due to increased Project work volume.

ARLINK Fiber Optics Lineman / Splicer Training Program:
*Training / Development begins 1st day of work
*Intensive Hands-on and Technical Skills building Lineman and Splicer Training
*Work in the Field alongside Experienced Lineman or Splicer Crew
*Perform actual Lineman / Splicer work to develop competence and self-confidence
*Formal Length of Training is 8 Weeks and considered Probationary Period
*Actual length of time in Formal Training will depend on how quickly you can demonstrate the Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required to perform safe and quality Production work, with minimum supervision
Ability to select YOUR ROLE, after Formal Training, based on preference, demonstrated competence, AND Business Need.
