Contractor needs to supply a current COI and sign all the required RUS forms and contracts with North Central Service Inc prior to hire.
Other Requirements
Contractor must provide all the necessary tools, equipment and in-house employees to complete the project on time. Equipment needed includes but is not limited to a 40hp drop plow and a directional drill.
