_Performing cable television, high speed data, and or digital telephone service installations. _Troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing or replacing subscriber’s existing equipment as needed. _Educating the subscriber on all provided services. _Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
