Job Description
Responsibilities:
Serves as a liaison between project supervisors and executive management.
Provide communication and leadership to facilitate sound business decisions.
Monitors and ensures current customer satisfaction and cultivates new business opportunities.
Maintaining customer satisfaction and obtaining new customers,
Ensuring projects are compliant with contract terms; schedules materials, equipment, and labor.
Approving and managing materials, labor and billing.
Providing all required job reporting
Monitoring quality control
Analyzing and communicating budget estimates
Actively participating in and taking responsibility for safety, maintenance, production and personnel related initiatives.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of two years utility construction leadership experience, specifically with telecommunication MSA contracts, is required.
Exceptional organizational and communication (both verbal and written) skills, leadership, a high level of personal accountability, complex reasoning ability, and the ability to work independently as well as on a team.
Ability and willingness to represent the company with integrity and support the organization’s values and goals, maintain positive and develop new relationships with supply vendors, customers, and sub-contractors.
This position also requires good computer skills specifically database software
Prior experience working with google applications is a plus
Out of town travel is required as well as on-call availability
A valid driver’s license with good driving record
Class A CDL license is a plus!
