*5 years minimum experience in project management of fiber optic network construction *knowledge of underground construction, fiber pulling and splicing *Strong leadership skills *Must be able to communicate and build a relationship with the customer *Computer skills are a must, Knowledge in MS office and Adobe *Manage in-house and sub crews *Create daily and weekly production reports *Assist in hiring new employees and sub contractors
Other Requirements
*Must be able to pass background check and drug screen *Commercial drivers license and clean MVR are required.
