Job Description and Responsibilities :
We are seeking highly motivated individuals for providing communications and support for dispatch services and problem solving between the company and assigned customers. A tremendous emphasis is placed on follow through and a positive, up-beat attitude. Your ability to work effectively under pressure is a must.

Primary Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, or service vehicles to appropriate locations per customer requests, specifications or needs.
Prepare daily work and run schedules, receive or prepare work orders and arrange for necessary repairs to restore service and schedules.
Relay work orders, messages, and information to or from work crews, supervisors and field inspectors.
Monitor personnel and/or equipment locations and utilization to coordinate service and schedules and to have real time tech status.
Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, and other dispatch information.
Determine types or amounts of equipment, vehicles, materials, or personnel required per work orders or specifications.
Other duties as assigned
Requirements :
Education:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.,
Experience:
Minimum of 3-6 months of related experience
Technical Skills:
Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Heavy data base entry and word processing daily in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Adobe
Soft Skills:
Highly organized and detail orientated
Excellent data entry and scheduling skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment under tight deadlines
Time management skills; deadline adherence is mandatory
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing
Sitting at a desk for 6-8 hours a day
Working on a computer for 6-8 hours a day
May be required to work long and unpredictable hours
Must be available to work weekends
