Aerial Linemen needed Will interview Subs

Immediately after Background Drug screen and MVR checks completed. Will interview Sub Contractors but have 2 more trucks to put to work and prefer in house. Must have own insurance if SUB
Pay
Pay is based on units, all piece work and paid weekly. If sub contractor, pay is 30 days from date of invoice.
Qualifications
Must have CDL w/air brakes. Must have experience in building new strand, fiber, coax, and doing replacements of all types of aerial cable. Also must be able to do pole and riser transfers as needed. Some UG dips to pull as you go also required.
Other Requirements
Must provide your own hand tools, We provide T40 (must have CDL), cable trailers and large tools needed (lasher, rollers,etc)
Job Description
All types of aerial construction. currently have 100+- miles of fiber to build, all types of replacement work, many new smaller fiber jobs and hundreds upon hundreds of Pole Transfers. Have been contracting in this area for 30 plus years, and are prime contractor. Will interview Sub Contractors, but have 2 empty T40's waiting to go to work full time.
