Full time negotiable pay. Qualified candidate eligible for company vehicle and pension.
Qualifications
Must have verifiable experience supervising underground cable construction crews and fiber construction & splicing crews. Cable TV/Broadband, fiber optic cable, and conduit pathway distribution knowledge required. Bi-lingual/Spanish speaking applicant preferred. Microsoft Excel & Word, and RF/Fiber design map knowledge necessary.
Other Requirements
All necessary tools, phone, laptop, and PPE will be provided.
Job Description
Receive assigned work from MSO and assign to in-house and subcontract crews. Coordinate work schedules with new construction sites and property owners. Prepare status reports on all work-in-progress as well as participate in weekly meetings/calls with customer. Track in-house crew hours, subcontractor billable production. Record and manage UG locate tickets. Perform pre-construction walk-outs, estimates, and surveys as required. Manage supply and equipment ordering, storing, delivery, and reconciliation. Create and track as-built documents for all completed projects. Additional related duties will apply.
