Pay
Wages are determined by production of truck. Percentage of wage based upon performance. Top rate pay for those who are experienced. Bonus program. After phase 1 is completely set up, company will be seeking family insurance and retirement programs.
Qualifications
Must have valid drivers license. Must have experience transferring lasher from ladder, hooks, or bucket to strand. ALL will be required without exception. Must have experience in coax and fiber construction. Must be responsible and trustworthy enough to run a crew of 2-3 men without supervision. This is a new company that's going places with potential for endless possibilities. Further education will be offered for advancement in the field to motivated individuals. Mindset is EVERYTHING!!!!!

Job Description
Must be responsible and trustworthy to run a truck and crew. Setting up and taking down lasher. Will be climbing when needed. New construction of coax and fiber. Replacing old coax and fiber with new coax and fiber. Working with pole transfers. Installing risers. Installing anchors and downguys. Some traffic control. Midspan will be a company that will have a lot to offer from bonus programs to insurance and retirement plans with nice bucket trucks but in return will expect top of the line dedicated workers that are drug free and responsible with excellent work ethics.
