Job Description

The OPD FRELO Project Coordinator position will help fill a growing need for focused project work in the Forced Relocation (FRELO) areas for cable and telecommunications clients. The tasks associated with this position will be managed directly by our National FRELO Manager and will be focused on continued growth in FRELO in the Western region of the country. While working directly for the National FRELO Manager, this project coordinator role will have steady contact with other positions within OPD including the Director and the Claims Manager out of Denver, as well as daily client interaction.

Responsibilities Include

Assist the National FRELO Manager as directed with compiling and packaging reimbursable FRELO projects for recovery.
Assist with FRELO reporting as needed to provide in-depth analysis on the status of the program, where the success points are, and areas of improvement for PRG to better drive revenue.
Work directly with the National FRELO Manager on creating a FRELO reference library and compiling all necessary data for internal use within the database tool.
Assist with other departmental administrative functions as needed.
Weekly reporting to the National FRELO Manager associated with all FRELO field activity and recovery statistics.
Interface with clients on a daily basis across assigned markets. Some travel will be involved.
Become familiar with specific client systems utilized by their construction teams to track FRELO projects from start to finish.
Procure cost authorization agreement signatures from requesting parties at the beginning of the FRELO process to ensure that payment will be forthcoming on all reimbursable projects.
There will be other functions of this position that come to light or develop over time, but this role provides an opportunity to help expand and grow PRG’s FRELO division within the OPD department, and to be a part of the company’s growth from somewhat of a ground level.

The role requires flexibility, forward thinking, heavy organizational and communication skills, focus while handling multiple tasks, and most importantly, the ability to work well with colleagues at all levels of the department. Communication skills internally at all levels and with the client will be crucial to this position’s success. Must have prior cable construction experience and a working knowledge of cable plant and systems as well as construction processes.
