Overview:
TelCom Construction is looking for motivated employees to join our team! We’re looking for Aerial Linemen who are ready to roll up their sleeves and who want to make a difference by building tomorrow’s Utility Infrastructure. We are currently hiring for full-time Aerial Linemen to work in Southeast Wisconsin.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintenance/service of communication lines
Aerial coax splicing
Pole and bucket work
Other fiber optic duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience preferred
Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the positions
Must be able to work in all weather conditions
Follow all company safety policies and practices
Good verbal communication skills
Keep appropriate documentation (time cards, job cost, etc.)
A valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required
Class A CDL is required
Travel may be required

Interested in getting your CDL?? We provide the equipment, time and program to assist our employees in attaining their CDL license, including pay increase after successful completion.
We offer paid lodging, a daily per diem per day when overnight travel is required and we also provide company vehicles for crew’s use to get to and from job sites.
