Get your foot in the door to an awesome future. In this entry-level role, the Technician will work independently in customers' homes to install Xfinity products and services. This may include, but it is not limited to:
- Troubleshoot reported issues as quickly as possible
- Provide customer service and build positive customer experiences with the Xfinity
Cable Technicians are the face of Xfinity- most of the time they are the 1st person that the customer physically sees, therefore, you have a responsibility to give them the best version of yourself!
