Qualifications
We are looking for 2 types of teams: Firstly, we are looking for individuals that are experienced in running directional drills and/or locating the drill heads that will run our equipment. You must be dependable and have your own vehicle capable of pulling 12k lbs. Secondly, we are looking for crews that have experience and have their own equipment to complete underground construction. We are willing to provide training for the right individual/s
Other Requirements
We need you to be incorporated OR be an LLC and have insurance. If you don't yet have these in place, we can work with you to get these items in place. You MUST be DEPENDABLE, SAFE and be able to meet deadlines.
Job Description
You will be responsible to to bury Mainline underground construction lines across the region you're assigned to. Whether you are setup to use your own equipment or your're using our equipment, You will be expected to meet your deadlines and to conduct yourself/s in a professional manner. The bulk of what we work with are communication lines (copper, fiber, coax). You will be expected to be dressed presentable on job sites and be very polite to colleagues as well as customers and property owners. Often times, what we install are brand new system builds. If you reach out to us as experienced and insured with all of your own equipment, we expect you to be turn key. We hand you a print & material and you deliver safe, timely quality work. If you come to us knowing underground but without equipment or as much knowledge as you COULD have, we will help grow you to that point. The sky is really the limit on this. We have crews that will very easily generate 30k a week and we have crews that will barely touch 5k a week. The determining factor is how you conduct yourself and your work/learning ethic.
