Position Title: Project Manager
Position Summary: Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing and coordinating the full life cycle (initiation-deployment/control-closeout) of multiple assigned projects typically consisting of large to medium scope. This includes budget, schedule, status reporting to deliver high-quality, on budget and lowest achievable cost for each project assigned.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direction and support to project team of OSP Engineers
Able to go to the field and work with engineers
Able to work with OSP Engineers to improve results where needed
5+ years’ experience in Project Management
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Experience working with customers and able to travel to visit customers at their location.
Organized
Work Relationships:
Communicate closely with customer, other departments, companies, local officials for efficient completion of projects. Reports directly to the Branch Manager.
Work Conditions/Equipment:/Other skills
* Extensive experience in OSP Engineering
* Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
* Self-starter with drive and ambition and willingness to be accountable and ability to deliver results
* Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to both work in and to lead diverse teams
* Ability to multi-task, work independently and excel in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
* A strong team leader
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Supervisory experience and able to lead in a team environment
Location is either Ohio, Indiana or Michigan. Prefer Ohio
